Our students love us

I am really grateful for the opportunity to engage with the UDL playbook for school and district leaders. Initially, the 45-hour commitment felt like a potential barrier to engagement given the competing demands of my professional role. However, thanks to the course's design, which supported sustained effort through scaffolded modules, and the multiple means of representation offered through diverse sources and reflective questionnaires, I was able to flexibly pace the learning alongside my daily work. I strongly recommend this learning experience, as it will certainly enhance your leadership practice. Furthermore, the final authentic task is not just about expression of understanding; it is a deep investigation into resources. For me, this was a fantastic way to foster self-reflection and set concrete goals for implementing the UDL framework within my context.

Educational Leader / DP Coordinator / TOK Teacher
As a mid-level manager at a school (assistant principal) this training really framed UDL as well as my responsibilities and opportunities to bring UDL to life in an elementary school.
Andy Martinez
Assistant Principal
The UDL Playbook for School and District Leaders course was an engaging, accessible, and highly
valuable professional learning experience. The asynchronous format provided flexibility and
supported meaningful engagement with the learning. I especially appreciated the quality and
variety of resources, which followed UDL guidelines and offered a thoughtful blend of research,
practical tools, and opportunities to connect UDL principles to my context. I came away with both
a deeper understanding of UDL as a framework for systems-level change and practical ideas for
my work with educators and school leaders.

This course gave me practical strategies that I could use on day one. Any leader looking to
improve their understanding of UDL and MTSS should take this course. It will make them a better
leader and their school a better place!
